Apple Rush Company Acquires Wild Organic Ancient Horticulture Hemp Nursery

Apple Rush Co., Inc. (OTC: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/apru#OTC">APRU</a>) and Dr. Pepper, has settled its litigation, in COOK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURTS, with Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc., d/b/a Cadbury Schweppes Bottling Group NYSP: DPS. 

Details of the settlement will be released once the definitive order is entered.

Apple Rush Settles Law Suit with Dr. Pepper 

Apple Rush Co., Inc. (PINKSHEETS: APRU) and Rancho Chinobampo S.A. de C.V. of Sinaloa, Mexico (Chinobampo) reached an agreement whereby Apple Rush will have controlling interest in a new US Corporation with an exclusive license to distribute Chinobampo's unique patented Organic Fertilizer formulated with Zeolite, marketed under the name Chinobampo Nerea. 

The new US Corporation will become a public company, which will hold the Exclusive Territorial License for the United States and Canada for Chinobampo Nerea. This new US Corporation will be owned, in part, by Chinobampo and partly owned by Apple Rush. Apple Rush intends to distribute, as a dividend to its shareholders, stockholders of record as of January 31, 2012.
