The company reported fourth-quarter results today, with revenue up 179% year-over-year <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/02/43623697/whats-going-on-with-astera-labs-stock-tuesday" rel="noreferrer noopener">and up 25% quarter-over-quarter</a>.
Astera Labs sees first-quarter revenue in the range of $151 million to $155 million.
The analyst forecasts strong growth for Astera Labs&#8217; revenue, forecasting a 65% increase in calendar year 2025, driven by new products, AI platform diversification, and increasing content in customer racks using merchant GPUs and CSP-built racks with internal ASICs.
The analyst notes that Astera Labs is shipping preproduction volumes of Leo CXL controllers and Scorpio switches, with inventory increasing 77% sequentially to $43 million to meet growing customer demand.

The analyst points out that the company&#8217;s growth is driven by three key factors: the increased dollar content in next-generation AI accelerator racks with Astera Labs&#8217; products, the ramp-up of custom AI racks using merchant GPUs, and the growth of general computing in data centers through the CLX controller and PCIe 6 products.
Additionally, the company&#8217;s serviceable addressable market is estimated to reach $12 billion by 2028.

Third Harmonic Bio shares are trading lower after Raymond James downgraded the stock from Outperform to Market Perform.

President Donald Trump, while hosting a White House meeting with Jordan&#8217;s King Abdullah at the White House Tuesday, reiterated his threat that the U.S. will take control of the Gaza Strip and move the nearly two million Palestinians living there to either Jordan <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/gaza">or Egypt or somewhere</a>.
Asked whether the U.S. would cut billions in financial aid to the two countries if they refused to accept the transfer of Palestinians, Trump sounded confident that Jordan and Egypt would carry out his wishes.
"I don't have to threaten that. I do believe we're above that," Trump said, contradicting his previous suggestion that holding back aid was a possibility.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How Will The US Attain Gaza?</h2>
Trump said the US could come to control Gaza without committing any money. 
&#8220;We are not going to buy Gaza&#8230;we are going to take it and cherish it,&#8221; Trump said. &#8221; It will bring peace to the Middle East. It is going to be a tremendous thing and put a lot of people to work.&#8221; 
Speaking in broad strokes, Trump insisted that there has been overwhelming support for his plan to turn Gaza into a resort, though in fact most world leaders <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/25/02/43503385/trumps-gaza-plan-for-seaside-resort-faces-global-pushback">criticized his plan</a> when it was first announced.
Trump suggested that the redeveloped area could have new hotels, office buildings and houses and "and we'll make it exciting." 
Trump then waxed on about what a successful real estate magnate he is. "I can tell you about real estate. They're going to be in love with it," he said.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">King Abdullah, What Say You? </h2>
When pressed by reporters specifically as to whether he agreed to the transfer of Palestinians from Gaza, King Adbullah said that more talks will be held soon with Egypt to discuss the issue. Egypt has also condemned Trump&#8217;s plan. 
The King said that Jordan would need to take into consideration how it could or would be able to take Palestinians into his country. The kingdom already shelters 700,000 Syrian refugees and lacks the oil wealth of its neighbors, making continued U.S. aid crucial. Jordan receives nearly $2 billion in foreign aid to Jordan, which contributes at least 42% to the country&#8217;s total economy
&#8220;This is something that we as Arabs will discuss later and talk about the options,&#8221; King Abdullah said. 
Two Palestinians from Michigan told Benzinga that they thought the King played his cards close to his chest and that deferring to upcoming talks with Egypt &#8220;was a good idea. He [Trump] already walked back the threat of cutting aid to both Egypt and Jordan.&#8221;
Analysts from various outlets agreed that King Abdullah held back in the short press briefing during which Trump did most of the talking. Though ahead of Tuesday's meeting, King Abdullah had reaffirmed his commitment to a two-state solution and the need for a "just and comprehensive peace" in the region. 
In terms of Israel&#8217;s plan to annex the mostly Palestinian West Bank, Trump said, &#8220;That&#8217;s going to work out.&#8221;
Abdullah also announced that Jordan was intending to bring to Jordan 2,000 Palestinian children from Gaza in need of cancer treatment, which Trump said was a beautiful thing.

For a second straight year, the Super Bowl has broken a viewership record with 126 million viewers watching the Philadelphia Eagles defeat the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/sports/25/02/43583513/eagles-fly-over-chiefs-40-22-as-super-bowl-lix-tests-potential-137-million-viewership-for-fox">Kansas City Chiefs.</a>
What Happened: A lopsided victory for the Eagles over the Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX appears to have had a minimal impact on viewership for media rights partner Fox Corporation (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/FOX#NASDAQ">FOX</a>)(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/FOXA#NASDAQ">FOXA</a>), which was able to secure $7 million to $8 million for most <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/sports/25/01/43324031/super-bowl-lix-commercials-hit-record-8-million-how-fox-corporation-can-win-from-nfl-championship">30-second ad slots</a>.
New <a href="https://www.nfl.com/news/fox-projects-super-bowl-lix-averaged-record-126-million-u-s-viewers#:~:text=Fox%20Sports%20is%20projecting%20a,as%20the%20NFL's%20digital%20platforms.">data </a>from Fox and Nielsen says an average of 126 million viewers watched Super Bowl LIX, up 2% from<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/space/24/02/37109382/super-bowl-lviii-sets-modern-day-viewership-record-how-did-nfl-championship-compare-to-apollo-11-mo"> last year's record 123.7 million.</a>
Viewership peaked at 135.7 million average viewers around the 8 p.m. ET to 8:15 p.m. ET time slot, which was in the second quarter.
The game was shown on Fox, Fox Deportes, Telemundo and streamed on Tubi and NFL digital channels.
Super Bowl LIX set a Super Bowl record for streaming with 14.5 million average viewers, including 13.6 million on Tubi.
This marks the second straight year with a viewership record for the Super Bowl if the figures hold in the final Nielsen and internal figures. This would also mark the third straight year of an average of 100 million or more viewers.
Several years ago Super Bowl viewership dipped below 100 million viewers, but new tracking for streaming and out-of-home viewership has inflated the numbers to likely more accurate figures.

Why It's Important: The record average viewership and peak audience indicate that fears of viewers dropping off were exaggerated.
The Eagles held a commanding 24-0 lead at halftime before winning 40-22. There was some concern that the companies spending millions on advertisements in the second half of the game could see fewer viewers.
Kendrick Lamar's halftime performance also drew criticism on social media from many people who would have preferred musicians from genres other than rap to perform. The viewership figures likely indicate that the halftime show was among the most watched parts of the game. The final viewership figures will be released later this week, and more game details will be provided.

The record Super Bowl viewership comes as 2024 NFL viewership was down overall, but saw several records set. Overall NFL viewership averaged 17.5 million viewers per game, down 2% year-over-year. This total marked the sixth highest in NFL history.
NFL Playoffs viewership averaged 35.2 million, not including the Super Bowl, which was down 9% year-over-year.
Streaming companies like Netflix Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NFLX#NASDAQ">NFLX</a>) and Amazon.com (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AMZN#NASDAQ">AMZN</a>) owned Prime Video set records <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/sports/25/01/43013529/amazon-scores-record-with-steelers-ravens-nfl-playoffs-stream-how-game-stacks-up-with-other-media-streamers">for streaming viewership</a> with games during the season. 
Netflix's two Christmas Day games averaged 24.1 million and 24.3 million viewers, marking the most-streamed regular season NFL games. Amazon saw an overall boost to its viewership during the season with its NFL Playoffs game breaking company records.
FOX Price Action: Fox stock is up 0.5% to $50.62 on Tuesday versus a 52-week trading range of $25.82 to $52.54. Fox stock is up 9.5% year-to-date in 2025 and 80.7% over the last year.

Super Bowl LIX Sets Viewership Record: How Many Watched NFL Championship, Kendrick Lamar's Halftime

Benchmark analyst Cody Acree reiterated Tower Semiconductor (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSEM#NASDAQ">TSEM</a>) with a Buy and a <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/TSEM/analyst-ratings" rel="noreferrer noopener">$60&nbsp;price target</a>.
Tower Semiconductor reported <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/02/43593383/tower-semiconductor-q4-earnings-beats-eps-estimates-expands-ai-chip-production-for-2025-growth" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">fiscal fourth-quarter</a> revenue growth of 10% to $387.19 million, marginally beating the analyst estimate of $387.13 million. The adjusted EPS of $0.59 beat the consensus estimate of $0.52. 
Led by continued AI Data Center strength in its RF Infrastructure business, which grew 126% year over year, Tower Semiconductor turned in solid overall results that aligned with Street revenue expectations and were $0.04 above the consensus earnings estimates.
After starting the year at the company&#8217;s cyclical trough quarter, Tower Semiconductor delivered increasingly encouraging results as the year progressed. It ended on a high note, posting 5% sequential and 10% annual revenue growth.
The analyst commented that the company&#8217;s outlook was equally encouraging. Its March quarter guidance matched the Street consensus and projected that its fiscal 2025 revenue would grow both annually and sequentially through the year. Material momentum anticipated acceleration during the second half.

Having covered Tower Semiconductor for many years, Acree has observed the company through many good and challenging times. With the benefit of that experience, he noted this call as calm and confident, with a level of momentum that left him enthusiastic.
The analyst noted Tower Semiconductor is well positioned to capitalize on the early days of the following industry upcycle and its rapidly increasing leverage to AI Data Center expansion.
While management&#8217;s tone was broadly encouraging, not everything was positive, per the analyst. The company is anticipating its Mobile business to decline at a high-teens pace through fiscal 2025 due to the weakness in the Chinese Android market. Margins were a little lighter than Acree initially anticipated due to the inclusion of incremental production costs against the ramp of their newest 300mm capacity.
Tower Semiconductor&#8217;s strong fourth-quarter Infrastructure results capped off a year that saw its segment revenue grow to $241 million, an annual growth of 69%, and its Silicon Photonics (SiPho) business during the quarter grew to $42 million, up 220% year over year.
Acree forecasts that the business will grow to $215 million in fiscal 2025 and $300 million in fiscal 2026, up 105% and 40%, respectively. Thus, SiPho will likely be Tower Semiconductor&#8217;s largest growth driver and most profitable division.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Consistent with what Acree just heard from both MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc and Semtech Corp, Tower Semiconductor has seen reduced orders for Active Copper Cable products from these customers as Nvidia Corp is planning an architectural shift with its next-generation GPU.
According to the analyst, Tower Semiconductor&#8217;s SiPho portfolio provides the building blocks for Pluggable Optical Modules, where Tower integrates photonic elements (such as equalizers, waveguides, modulators, and detectors) onto a silicon substrate.
Aside from SiPho, Tower&#8217;s Infrastructure business is led by its SiGe process technology, where the company offers transimpedance amplifiers and line drivers for optical transceivers (radios) for optical networks and linear equalizers for Active Copper Cables and clock and data recovery solutions for Active Electrical Cables.
In these specialty process technologies, Acree noted Tower Semiconductor holds the number one market share position, supplying about 2/3rds of the industry&#8217;s optical transceiver components and an even higher share in SiPho, where the company offers 100G &amp; 200G per lane solutions with its capability reaching the first in volume production of 1.6T products.
The analyst noted that the company is in the process of a $350 million capacity expansion project specifically for its SiGe and SiPho capability. SiGe is expanding at the San Antonio and Migdal HaEmek factories, and incremental tools are being added at the Newport Beach factory.
In its RF Mobile business, predominantly RF-SOI used in switches for smartphones, this segment contributed $92 million, or 24% of revenue, in the fourth quarter, falling 19% annually.
Additionally, Tower Semiconductor&#8217;s 300mm Uozu, Japan facility supports multiple processes across its RF portfolio, Mobile, and Infrastructure. This fab is currently operating at 90% utilization, beyond its target maximum of 85%.

Tower Semiconductor Adapts To Nvidia's Architectural Shift, Analyst Sees Growth In AI Optical Networks

Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSLA#NASDAQ">TSLA</a>) shares are trading lower Tuesday after competitor BYD Co (OTC:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BYDDF#OTC">BYDDF</a>) announced plans to include <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/02/43620349/tesla-still-on-track-to-launch-autonomous-ride-hailing-in-austin-by-june-says-elon-musk">self-driving technology in its vehicles</a>.
What To Know: At a China-based launch event late Monday, BYD founder and chairman Wang Chuanfu announced that advanced smart driving will become a standard feature on BYD cars, according to <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2025/02/11/byd-rolls-out-driver-assist-tech-for-evs-with-deepseeks-ai-help.html">CNBC</a>.
BYD previously took a more cautious approach to autonomous vehicles, but now appears to be leaning into the technology. Tesla shares traded lower on the news as the Elon Musk-led company is seen as one of the leaders in autonomous driving technology. It&#8217;s worth noting that BYD <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/01/42780142/chinese-player-byd-overtakes-tesla-yet-again-as-worlds-biggest-ev-seller-in-q4">overtook Tesla</a> as the world's largest battery electric vehicle seller in the fourth quarter. 
At the event on Monday, BYD said it will release the &#8220;DiPilot&#8221; assisted driving system across its entire vehicle lineup. The company&#8217;s low-cost vehicle priced at 69,800 yuan ($9,555) will include the assisted driving system making the company the first automaker in China to offer self-driving technology for a vehicle priced below 70,000 yuan. 
BYD also announced that it will integrate AI capabilities from Chinese startup DeepSeek, who reportedly developed an open-source LLM in a couple of months at a much lower cost than competitors. The China-based automaker expects the self-driving technology to improve safety and the AI implementation to help improve the technology over time.

The report indicates that BYD launched more than 20 models with its new driver-assistance technology on Monday. 
Meanwhile, Tesla on Monday announced that it&#8217;s <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/02/43620349/tesla-still-on-track-to-launch-autonomous-ride-hailing-in-austin-by-june-says-elon-musk">&#8220;still on track&#8221;</a> to launch autonomous ride-hailing services in Austin in June. Musk said in a post on <a href="https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1889006561541882170?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">X</a> that the EV maker remains on track to roll out the offering to &#8220;many cities&#8221; across the U.S. later this year. 
&#8220;The threshold is achieving safety far in excess of the average human driver &#8230; Ultimately autonomous,&#8221; Musk said. 
Tesla&#8217;s Full-Self Driving has not yet been approved in China. Musk previously said it could be available as soon as the end of 2024. On an <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/25/01/43321103/tesla-q4-earnings-highlights-revenue-miss-eps-miss-ev-updates-automaker-says-2025-will-be-a-seminal-year">earnings call</a> last month, the Tesla chief said the delays were due to local restrictions that make it difficult to quickly develop a compliant version of the system.
&#8220;2025 will be a seminal year in Tesla&#8217;s history as FSD (Supervised) continues to rapidly improve with the aim of ultimately exceeding human levels of safety,&#8221; the company said in the release.

JP Morgan analyst Reginald L. Smith <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/SHOP/analyst-ratings" rel="noreferrer noopener">maintained an Overweight</a> rating on Shopify Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SHOP#NYSE">SHOP</a>) after the company released its quarterly print Tuesday.
<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/25/02/43622684/shopify-q4-earnings-31-revenue-surge-free-cash-flow-growth-gmv-hits-94-5-billion" rel="noreferrer noopener">Fourth-quarter revenue</a> increased 31% versus Smith&#8217;s 26% and the Street&#8217;s 27% estimates, driven by a 7 pt acceleration in Merchant Solutions (primarily payments) revenue.
Gross margin contracted ~150bps from the prior year to 48.1%, a touch below Smith and the Street estimates (impacted by PayPal Holdings (NASDAQ: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/pypl#NASDAQ">PYPL</a>) revenue recognition change).

GAAP operating expenses increased 15% to $887 million (32% of revenue), consistent with Smith and Street expectations of $879 million and $895 million and prior guidance (32%-33% of revenue).
The free cash flow margin of 21.7% was ~170bps ahead of Smith and Street&#8217;s guidance of 21%.
GMV increased 26%, consistent with a broader acceleration in payment volume. Total MRR of $178 million came below Smith and the Street&#8217;s $181 million and $182 million.
The attach rate was 2.98%, up 13bps, and ahead of Smith&#8217;s 2.91% and Street&#8217;s 2.94% estimates. The first-quarter guidance was solid but insufficient to support the current valuation.
Shopify guided to mid-20% revenue growth compared to Smith and Street&#8217;s 25% and low-20% gross profit growth versus Smith&#8217;s 24% and Street&#8217;s 23%.
That said, the guidance calls for low double-digit operating expense growth (about consistent with recent trends) and mid-teens free cash flow margin against Smith and Street&#8217;s 18%, which was towards the low end of investor expectations of ~20%.
Ultimately, guidance points to stability next quarter, which is reasonable considering Shopify delivers premium growth and solid profitability. However, Smith noted the expectations were for further free cash flow margin expansion or more substantial gross profit growth to justify the investment in operating expenses.&nbsp;&nbsp;
SHOP Price Action:&nbsp;Shopify stock is up 2.41% at $122.79 at the last check on Tuesday.

The stock is down 29.78% over the past year, up 22.72% YTD.

CVS stock&#8217;s current trend shows a strong bullish outlook, with the stock price trading above its five, 20, and 50-day exponential moving averages. This indicates buying pressure, which is a positive signal for future bullish movements.

However, technical signals present a mixed picture. CVS stock, at $54.34, trades below the eight-day simple moving average (SMA) of $55.17, signaling a bearish trend in the short term. Similarly, the 20-day SMA of $54.54 also signals a bearish stance, although this one is at a narrow margin.
On the positive side, the stock is above its 50-day SMA of $51.58, which is a bullish indicator. The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) is currently at 1.18, reinforcing a bullish sentiment. Furthermore, CVS Health&#8217;s Relative Strength Index (RSI) stands at 55.03, indicating that the stock is neither overbought nor oversold, leaving room for potential upward movement. 
However, the stock price remains below its 200-day SMA of $56.98, which introduces some resistance. 
Overall, while CVS Health has strong bullish signals in the short and medium term, resistance from longer-term averages may limit the upside until the stock decisively clears these levels. Investors should be mindful of the mixed signals and monitor for a break above key resistance points.
