What To Know: The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $1.88, missing analysts&#8217; estimate of $1.92. In addition, the company reported sales of $1.43 billion, beating analysts&#8217; estimate of $1.39 billion.
Furthermore, Interactive reported commission revenue increased 36% year-over-year to $514 million. Additionally, it announced that customer accounts increased 32% to 3.62 million and customer equity increased 23% to $573.5 billion, both compared to a year ago.
The company declared a four-for-one forward stock split and raised its quarterly dividend from 25 cents to 32 cents, effective June 16 after the market closes.
Following the earnings report, B of A Securities analyst Craig Siegenthaler maintained a Buy rating on Interactive and lowered the price target from&nbsp;$265&nbsp;to&nbsp;$243. Meanwhile, Barclays analyst Benjamin Budish maintained an Overweight rating on the company and raised the price target from&nbsp;$188&nbsp;to&nbsp;$193.

Unlimited Unpacks Hedge Fund Alpha With Launch Of ETF Without High Fees, Lock-Up Features

Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell hinted the growing risk of higher inflation and slower growth tied to unexpectedly large trade tariffs rolled out earlier this month by <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/donald-trump">the Donald Trump administration.</a>
In remarks delivered Wednesday at the Economic Club of Chicago, Powell said that growth has softened in the first quarter of 2025, while inflation is &#8220;still running a bit above our 2% objective.&#8221;
The Fed Chair highlighted that surveys from households and businesses showed a notable deterioration in sentiment. 
Uncertainty around trade policy has been the dominant driver, causing many forecasters to cut their full-year outlooks. Nevertheless, most estimates still point to moderate, positive growth ahead.
&#8220;The new administration is in the process of implementing a substantial policy changes in four distinct areas: Trade immigration, fiscal policy and deregulation. These policies are still evolving and their effects on the economy remain highly uncertain,&#8221; Powell said.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Inflation Eased But Tariffs Pose Fresh Risks</h3>
Inflation is cooling, but not fast enough. Total Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) prices—the Federal Reserve's preferred inflation gauge—rose 2.3% year-over-year through March. Core PCE, which excludes food and energy, climbed 2.6%.
These figures are well below the 2022 highs but still exceed the Fed's 2% target. Powell noted that inflationary progress continues "at a gradual pace," and that the central bank remains alert to any threats of reacceleration.
"Tariffs are highly likely to generate at least a temporary rise in inflation," he said. 
While some of that impact may be short-lived, Powell cautioned that it could persist depending on how long the price pressures take to pass through the economy.
The Fed's dual mandate—maximum employment and price stability—could be tested in the months ahead if inflation continues to rise even as growth slows. Should the two goals come into conflict, Powell said the Fed would weigh how far the economy is from each and the likely time needed to meet both targets.
&#8220;For the time being, we are well positioned to wait for greater clarity before considering any adjustments to our policy stance,&#8221; Powell said.

Orphan drug designation must be requested before submitting an NDA. After the FDA grants orphan drug designation, the identity of the therapeutic agent and its potential orphan use are disclosed publicly by the FDA. Orphan drug designation does not convey any advantage in or shorten the duration of the regulatory review and approval process. If a product that has orphan drug designation subsequently receives the first FDA approval for the disease or condition for which it has such designation, the product is entitled to orphan drug exclusivity, which means that the FDA may not approve any other applications to market the same drug for the same indication for seven years from the date of such approval, except in limited circumstances, such as a showing of clinical superiority to the product with orphan exclusivity by means of greater effectiveness, greater safety or providing a major contribution to patient care or in instances of drug supply issues.

Scilex Holding Says FDA Approved Request For Orphan Drug Designation For Colchicine For Treatment Of Pericarditis

Stephens &amp; Co. analyst Justin Long reiterated an <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/JBHT/analyst-ratings">Overweight rating </a>on the shares of J B Hunt Transport Services Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/JBHT#NASDAQ">JBHT</a>) and lowered the price forecast from $170.00 to $165.00.
JBHT posted <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/guidance/25/04/44827812/jb-hunt-q1-earnings-revenue-beat-eps-miss-shares-skid">first-quarter FY25 earnings per share</a> of $1.17, topping both internal and consensus forecasts. 
The upside was largely due to stronger intermodal revenue, reduced losses in its Integrated Capacity Solutions (ICS) unit, and lower tax and interest costs, said the analyst.
J.B. Hunt's Intermodal (JBI) segment outperformed expectations, with volumes rising 7.6% year-over-year and contributing $0.07 in EPS upside, driven by strong growth in the Eastern network.

The Dedicated segment slightly beat revenue and margin estimates, adding $0.01 to EPS. 
However, weaker Final Mile Services (FMS) and Truckload (JBT) performance weighed on results. Intermodal volumes declined more than seasonal norms but still outperformed expectations. 
Final Mile revenue met projections, but weaker margins resulted in a $0.04 EPS hit. Brokerage missed revenue estimates but narrowed losses, adding $0.04 to EPS. Truckload revenue came in slightly light, and lower margins led to a $0.03 EPS shortfall.
The company continues to reduce ICS expenses and could achieve profitability in that segment this year. JBHT repurchased about 1% of its shares and maintains a focus on shareholder returns.
Price Action: JBHT shares traded lower by 8.47% at $123.68 at last check on Wednesday.

This chip underpins multiple products, including autonomous vehicles and robotic platforms.
One of the automaker&#8217;s most forward-looking projects, the AEROHT Land Aircraft Carrier, a modular flying vehicle is scheduled to enter production in 2026, with more than 4,000 pre-orders already secured. 
The company also unveiled "IRON," a humanoid robot equipped with 60 articulating joints, a 200-degree range of motion and a 720-degree AI-enabled vision system.
XPeng debuted the X9 model, which includes nearly 500 upgrades, such as ultra-fast 800V charging, zero-gravity seating, and an AI-tuned adaptive suspension system.
